TR Miller Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is growing, and we need experienced plumbers to grow with us. Right now, we have open Service Plumber positions at both our Plainfield and Tinley Park locations, and we are looking for people who see this as more than a job. We are looking for a long-term career fit.
If you have residential service plumbing experience and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you. Our plumbers earn $80,000 to $120,000 or more annually with uncapped commission and overtime eligibility, drive a company-supplied take-home vehicle with a gas card, and never carry an on-call phone. Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $80,000 to $120,000+ annually based on experience (uncapped commission plus overtime eligible)
- Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday 8:00am–7:00pm, OR Sunday–Wednesday 8:00am–7:00pm, OR Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm
- No on-call — work-life balance is a priority
- Company-supplied, take-home vehicle with a gas card

Requirements
